JJ had helped to market my property for close to 7 years now. The first 2 years, I was approached by tenants directly, though not thru JJ, he was professional and kept in touch. When the term was up, he managed to help me secure an excellent tenant, and followed thoroughly the transaction from checks and handover and helping me with the occasional maintenance of the unit. 2 years later, again he promptly checked if tenant intended to renew before he helped and succeeded to find a new tenant for the unit 2 months before the term expires. He is indeed an excellent property agent and highly recommended. I look forward to working with him for many years to come.
