* Intend to look for resale HDB thinking that BTO and EC both require 2 to 3 years of construction period.
* Also tried to apply BTO for few times but to no avail as the queue numbers were always too far behind.

* They understand that some ECs are going to TOP soon and will not need to wait for very long.

Mr & Mrs Wong, both 33 & 34 years old respectively, combined income of ~$7500. They are married with a kid and have been staying together in parents' condominium. They have seen their parents selling and buying condominiums several times.

* Due to family planning, they intend to have their own house.
